As Director of Operations at Mission Chinese, I worked closely with co-founder and chef Danny Bowien to optimize business operations and help guide the overall vision of the brand. This included management of Danny Bowien’s personal brand as a celebrity chef and personality. I served as project manager for the buildout and opening of the Brooklyn location of Mission Chinese. I produced numerous events, collaborations, and creative concepts to further both brands- including an ambitious dinner party series called Secret Special presented by Resy. One of my favorite projects I worked on was producing, project managing, and curating Danny Bowien’s second cookbook Mission Vegan from pitch to release.
